The higher you go,
the fewer people tell you the truth.

Executive coaching and senior advisory for leaders navigating transformation, AI, and the pressure of the top, from someone who has been there.

What I do

Leadership at the top is increasingly complex and increasingly lonely.

The pace of change is accelerating. The expectations are compounding. And the conversations that would actually help, honest, direct, free of politics, are harder to find the more senior you become.

I work with a small number of C-level executives and senior leaders at a time. The work is focused on clarity: helping you think more clearly, act more decisively, and lead in a way that sustains you.

This is not consulting. There are no slide decks, no frameworks sold as solutions. It is a genuine thinking partnership, rigorous, honest, and built around your actual situation.

About me

I'm Dennis van Heezik, a Dutch executive based in Bangkok with 25 years of
C-level experience across Philips, Etex, Siam City Cement, and Caldic. I've led digital transformation programmes in Europe and Asia-Pacific, managed multi-million dollar technology portfolios, and built global teams across more than twelve countries.

I'm an ITD World Master Coach and the co-founder of Chandee Sleep Salon, a wellness brand I built with my wife Katai that today employs 30 people across two Bangkok locations.

I also take on a small number of senior advisory engagements each year in digital strategy, AI transformation, and interim leadership, for organisations where deep experience matters more than a standard consultancy approach.

Who This Is For

Some people come to me carrying the weight of a role that no longer fits who they are becoming. Others are navigating the complexity of leading transformation in a world that won't slow down.

Both are in the right place.

If you are a senior executive:
You are under pressure to lead change, AI, digital transformation, organisational complexity, and you want a thinking partner who has been in your chair. Someone who will be honest with you, not just helpful.

If you are considering a transition:
You have built something real in your career. But something is shifting. You are starting to ask different questions, about what you actually want, what kind of leader you want to be, and whether the next chapter looks the same as the last one.

I've made that transition myself. I know what it takes, practically and personally.

What both have in common:
You are not looking for a coach who will validate everything you say. You want someone who will help you think more clearly, challenge you where it matters, and stay with you through the hard parts.

That is what I'm here for.

"The dream I was afraid to follow turned out to be the only dream worth following."
